International Trade Staff
The International Trade program assists Washington state businesses in profitably accessing the global marketplace by providing training and assistance, building international trade relationships, and advocating the importance of international trade to Washington’s economy. We work with companies small and large to help them enter new foreign markets to sell their products and services or to expand sales overseas. We provide most of our services to Washington companies at no charge.
Business Development
Business Development works with domestic and international companies investigating Washington as a prospective location for expansion or relocation projects. We promote and market Washington state as a competitive place to do business, and collaborate with local economic development organizations through the site selection process. The Regional Managers assist companies in target industries looking to expand and partner with economic development organizations to provide services and resources to facilitate local business growth .

Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB)
The Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB) is Washington's strategic economic development resource, focused on creating and retaining jobs in partnership with local government. CERB finances public infrastructure to encourage new development and expansion in targeted areas.
