With over $121.3 million invested in 2007, Washington was ranked fourth in the country for deals made in the clean technology industry. Key industry sectors in Washington include, solar, wind, biomass, wave and tidal, and geothermal.

Projects are spread across the entire state with each region leveraging its unique resources.

3TIER'S global success depends on our ability to attract world-class technical and scientific expertise, and Washington State is a magnet for both.  Our world-class universities and national research laboratories help feed an extremely innovative business climate, which has a decidedly global perspective given our location right on the Pacific Rim.  It provides all the essential ingredients to be globally competitive.
